Recommendations for Brides Before the Wedding:
❗️It is not advisable to visit beauty specialists you haven't been to before, such as lash extension/lamination artists, brow specialists, or cosmetologists.
❗️If you want to have any facial procedures before the wedding, make sure to try them out one and a half to two months in advance. This way, you can get to know the specialist, have a rehearsal for your brows or lashes, and if the result doesn’t please you, you’ll have 1.5-2 months to correct it.
❗️Any procedures that may cause skin peeling, such as facial cleansing, peels, or cosmetic treatments, should be done no less than two weeks before the wedding to allow the skin to recover.
❗️If you wish to use a tanning bed, do so in advance and aim for a gradual tan.
*The day before the wedding, you can use a TESTED skincare routine suitable for your skin type, including a moisturizing face mask.
Preparing the Venue
▪️ For comfortable preparations, it's essential to set up a place for the bride to sit in advance. If you’re in a hotel, a bar stool is ideal (you can request one at the reception desk, as most hotels have them), or it could be a high bed or another elevated surface. We’ll specify individually.
This is very important as it directly impacts the bride’s comfort level during makeup application.
▪️ Also, make sure to prepare a space where I can spread out my makeup (a coffee table, regular table, windowsill, etc.) and have a free outlet for lighting.
▪️ Please ensure that the bride and I are not disturbed during the preparations (by the bride’s mother, friends, or relatives). Otherwise, the preparation time will increase.
*On-site makeup application may take longer because the artist is not working in the most convenient position. Therefore, allocate at least 2 hours for makeup, depending on the desired look.
